Bringing Friends Together for Better Health

Hey there!

You're probably already sharing diet tips and tricks with each other.

Friends make life richer, more fun, and definitely more meaningful. They’re the ones who add joy to our lives and make every moment a little brighter. But what if your friendships could also help you reach your health and nutrition goals?

The Power of Friends in Your Health Journey

Imagine bringing your friends together to share in the journey toward better health. Whether it’s swapping tips on healthy eating, exploring new recipes, or discussing the latest nutrition trends, your friends can be incredible allies in your pursuit of wellness. Having these conversations not only makes the journey more enjoyable but also creates a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

Grab Your Friends and Let’s Chat

Here’s a fun idea: grab your friends and hop on a Zoom with me, your friendly dietitian. Whether you’re curious about nutrition topics, need to bust some myths, or want to discuss personal health and food, I’m here for it! We can talk about the latest fads, questions about menopause, how to handle picky eaters, how different foods make you feel, or even explore GLP-1 support. All roads lead to learning how to build a healthier relationship with food.

Let’s Build a Wellness Squad

Why not consider starting a wellness group with your best friends? Groups of 3 or more can participate in a series of four 60-minute meetings for $400 per person per month. The meetings can be arranged on a month-to-month basis or ongoing. It’s an opportunity to deeply explore your health goals, share experiences, and provide support to each other. Currently, I am available on Mondays and Wednesdays, but other times can be arranged upon request.

I’m Here for You

The beauty of discussing nutrition and health with friends is that it turns what can sometimes feel like a solitary journey into a shared adventure. I’m here to support you every step of the way. If you have questions or need guidance, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m just an email away and excited to help you and your friends on your wellness journey.

Stay tuned for more ideas and tips in our next newsletter. Let’s create a healthier, happier life together—with the support of good friends!
