👉 Go for a sunset walk instead of grabbing drinks 🌅
👉 Try a dance class together (hello, salsa or hip-hop!) 💃🕺
👉 Sign up for a fun run, hike, or even trampoline park day! 🏃‍♂️🌲
👉 Hit the gym together—challenge each other with reps! 💪
👉 Try something totally new, like rock climbing or hot yoga 🧗🔥

The best part? Moving with others boosts motivation, builds connections, and keeps you accountable. Plus, exercise releases endorphins—aka happy hormones—that leave you feeling amazing. Who wouldn’t want that? 😃

Now that you’re moving more, let’s focus on getting stronger! Strength training is a game-changer. YOUR Challenge: Can You Do This 3 Times?

✅ 20 burpees (jump up, then do a push-up!)
✅ 50 sit-ups (engage that core!)
✅ 25 squats (your legs will thank you later!)
✅ 25 mountain climbers (cardio + core = 🔥)

It might sound tough, but real change happens outside your comfort zone! Modify if needed, take breaks, but don’t quit. Every rep is making you stronger! 💪
